The Personal Banker at TD Canada Trust is responsible for building strong customer relationships by providing financial advice, information on products and services, and solutions. The role involves understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities for cross-selling, and ensuring a positive customer experience, with a focus on investment and credit banking solutions.
What We're Looking For
Advise customers on financial solutions, including investment and credit banking.,Engage with customers to create positive experiences and deepen relationships.,Provide personalized financial advice, answer questions, and address concerns.,Act as a point of contact for frontline staff in handling customer problems.,Maintain professional space according to guidelines.,Conduct financial reviews, discuss portfolio updates, and suggest personalized solutions.,Stay updated on industry regulations and participate in process improvements.,Achieve service level agreements and productivity targets.,Ensure accurate documentation reflecting business intentions and regulations.,Participate as a team member, foster a positive work environment, and assist/mentor others.
Ideal Candidate
High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience.,Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in a related field is an asset.,Completion of IFIC or equivalent required.,CFSA must be completed within 12 months, if hired.,Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience an asset.
Minimum Education
High School Diploma (Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree is an asset)
