The Toronto-Dominion Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to engage with customers, understand their financial objectives, and offer tailored investment and credit solutions. The role involves providing financial planning advice, managing customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulations, contributing to a positive customer experience.
What We're Looking For
Advise customers on various financial solutions, including investment and credit banking.,Engage with customers to understand their financial goals and deepen relationships.,Provide personalized financial advice and address customer concerns.,Act as a point of contact for frontline staff regarding customer issues.,Maintain professional standards in common areas.,Conduct financial reviews, portfolio updates, and suggest additional solutions.,Stay updated on industry regulations and participate in process improvements.,Achieve service level agreements and productivity targets.,Prepare documents in compliance with regulations.,Collaborate as a team member, foster a positive work environment, and mentor others.
Ideal Candidate
High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience.,Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in a related field (asset).,Completion of IFIC or equivalent.,CFSA must be completed within 12 months (if hired).,Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience (asset).
