Description
This role at TD Canada Trust focuses on building strong customer relationships and helping individuals achieve their financial objectives through personalized advice on investments and credit solutions. The Personal Banker will also serve as a key contact for frontline staff regarding customer issues, maintain professional branch standards, and actively contribute to a supportive team environment.
What We're Looking For
Advise customers on a range of investment and credit banking solutions,Engage with customers to build and deepen relationships through positive experiences,Provide personalized financial advice, address customer questions and concerns,Act as a point of contact for frontline staff in resolving customer problems,Maintain professional common areas according to marketing and regulatory guidelines,Conduct financial reviews and provide portfolio updates to customers,Stay informed about emerging issues, regulations, and industry codes of conduct,Achieve and improve service level agreements and productivity targets,Ensure documentation complies with relevant regulations,Actively participate as a team member, fostering a positive work environment and assisting colleagues
Ideal Candidate
High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience,Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in a related field (asset),Completion of IFIC or equivalent required,CFSA must be completed within 12 months of hire,Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience (asset)
Minimum Education
High school diploma (Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in related field is an asset)
