This role is part of a talent pool for upcoming Personal Banker positions in the Downtown Montreal and Brossard areas. The primary focus is to act as a financial advisor to customers, identifying their unique banking needs and providing tailored solutions. You will be responsible for building long-term relationships, promoting TD's financial products, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience while meeting branch sales and growth objectives.
Proactively engage with customers to discover financial goals and needs,Open new accounts and process credit applications (loans, mortgages, credit cards),Contribute to branch targets by identifying referral opportunities for specialized partners,Maintain high standards of operational accuracy and regulatory compliance (AML/KYC),Execute outbound calling activities to existing and prospective clients,Participate in local community events to promote the TD brand
Experience in a retail banking or sales-driven environment,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets,Understanding of personal lending and investment products,Investment Funds in Canada (IFIC) or Canadian Securities Course (CSC) certification is typically required or must be obtained within a specific timeframe
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a related field preferred
37.5 hours/week (Standard Bank Hours including some evenings/Saturdays)
Must be willing to work at different branch locations within the specified region
