The Partnerships Integration Specialist will join Lightspeed's Hospitality team in North America, offering technical, partner-facing support to hospitality integration partners, including customers and technology providers. This role involves assisting partners with building, launching, and maintaining integrations with Lightspeed Hospitality products, acting as a technical contact for APIs, integration architecture, and hospitality workflows to ensure high-quality guidance and support.
Resolve inbound support requests from hospitality integration partners regarding Lightspeed Hospitality APIs and integration issues via the partner service desk.,Provide partners with necessary credentials, developer accounts, and technical resources for building and testing integrations.,Implement configuration changes requested by partners and ensure correct setup of hospitality applications and integrations.,Document, troubleshoot, and escalate software defects to development teams with clear, detailed tickets, keeping partners informed.,Advocate for partner needs by submitting improvement requests based on feedback and common integration challenges.,Stay updated on Lightspeed Hospitality product developments to offer accurate and timely guidance to partners.
2+ years of experience in a technical support, integration, or partner-facing role with direct customer or partner interaction.,Strong proficiency with RESTful APIs.,Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.,Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and hospitality use cases.,Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.,Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.,Ability to balance technical solutions with partner, customer, and market needs.,Ability to quickly understand new systems, tools, and hospitality workflows.,Positive, collaborative mindset with a strong service orientation.
