Lightspeed, a global SaaS company, is seeking a Partnership Manager to drive growth in the DACH region. This role focuses on developing and expanding strategic partnerships, enhancing existing ones, and acquiring new merchants by creating successful go-to-market strategies. The manager will be crucial for accelerating growth and achieving success in a dynamic environment.

What We're Looking For

Develop existing and build new strategic partnerships to accelerate growth.,Serve as a strategic sparring partner, delving into partner business models to find solutions with real added value.,Coordinate internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to provide optimal partner support.,Drive revenue growth through partner deals, manage the pipeline from lead generation to closing, and continuously increase Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).,Continuously optimize cooperation through regular performance reviews and dynamic strategy adjustments.,Organize co-marketing initiatives and partner events to generate attention and enthusiasm for partnerships.

Ideal Candidate

Passion for Partner Management and Business Development.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Partnerships, Sales, or B2B (SaaS background is a plus).,Entrepreneurial thinking and strategic foresight to identify and leverage opportunities.,Negotiation skills and tact for building strong, sustainable relationships.,Enjoy ownership, actively contributing, and making an impact.,Motivation to work in a dynamic environment with daily new opportunities.
