Description

The Partner Growth Manager at Lightspeed will join the dynamic EMEA partnership team. This role focuses on expanding existing commercial and strategic partnerships to drive new merchant acquisition within the EMEA market. It involves engaging with referral partners, researching the enterprise app market, managing the sales pipeline, achieving sales quotas, and ensuring effective communication between partners and Lightspeed. The manager will also lead presentations, onboard new partners, and develop their go-to-market strategies, as well as prospect for new referral partnerships.

What We're Looking For

Actively engage with existing referral partners to bring in new customers.,Research and analyze the enterprise app market, including new apps, pricing, and competitive landscapes.,Develop, manage, and maintain the pipeline to execute the assigned territories' market strategy.,Achieve channel sales quotas in assigned geographical regions.,Provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline reporting and forecasts from channel partners.,Ensure high-quality two-way communication between channel partners and Lightspeed.,Lead one-on-one screen-sharing presentations as needed.,Manage and develop the onboarding of new partners, including training and go-to-market strategy.,Bring in new referral partnerships through outbound prospecting and inbound qualification.

Ideal Candidate

3+ years of partnership management and B2B experience (software sales experience preferred).,Experience in finding solutions for partners to generate more revenue with Lightspeed.,Strong negotiating skills, with consideration for customer, partner, and market needs.,Great understanding of the Partnership landscape, especially within EMEA.,Ability to be a significant stakeholder in the partnership strategy and collaborate with regional Sales Managers.,Energy and enthusiasm for a dynamic and diverse team.,Experience in training, motivating, and fostering relationships with potential partners.,Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
