This role within KPMG's Client Administration function focuses on achieving client service excellence by providing high-quality administrative support to Partners. The supervisor will engage with clients, manage communications, handle calendars, onboard new clients, update databases, support marketing efforts, and create and distribute various communications.
Professionally interact with clients as directed.,Action client communications and respond in a timely fashion.,Independently action routine enquiries and escalate complex client enquiries.,Monitor Partner's email inbox, flagging and prioritizing emails.,Proactively manage Partner calendar/schedules, identifying and resolving conflicts.,Onboard new Clients and update existing Client entities in IBS internal database.,Enter new Partner contacts to internal database and update existing contact information.,Manage Partners' contacts with Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation.,Work with GTA and marketing teams on client proposals, RFPs, email distribution, and client event communications.,Create, proofread and distribute various communications on behalf of the Partners.,Handle routine communications on behalf of Partners and report on actions taken.,Coordinate and manage Risk Management workflows/approvals.
College diploma or an equivalent combination of education/experience in administrative assistant skill set.,Minimum 5 years administration experience.
