Partner Administrative Supervisor

Description

This role at KPMG involves supporting partners in various administrative tasks to ensure high-quality client service. Responsibilities include managing client communications, monitoring emails, scheduling, managing calendars, onboarding clients, updating databases, assisting with proposals and marketing, creating and distributing communications, and handling risk management workflows.

What We're Looking For

Professionally interact with clients, action client communications and respond in a timely fashion, independently action routine inquiries and escalate complex client inquiries, monitor and prioritize Partner's email inbox, proactively manage Partner calendar/schedules and resolve conflicts, onboard new clients and update existing client entities in IBS internal database, enter new Partner contacts and update existing ones, manage Partners' contacts with Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation, work with GTA and marketing teams for client proposals/RFP/email distribution/client event communications, create/proofread/distribute various communications, handle routine communications, coordinate and manage Risk Management workflows/approvals.

Ideal Candidate

College diploma or an equivalent combination of education/experience in administrative assistant skillset; Minimum 5 years administration experience; Good judgment and analytical skills; Excellent written and communication skills; Ability to work independently; Advanced skills with MS Office Products (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
