The Partner Administrative Supervisor at KPMG will be part of the Client Administration function, focusing on providing high-quality administrative support to partners. This role involves managing communications, calendars, client onboarding, risk management workflows, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and supporting the administrative team.
Professionally interacts with clients as directed,Actions client communications and responds in a timely fashion,Independently actions routine enquiries and escalates complex client enquiries,Monitors Partner's email inbox, flags and prioritizes emails,Proactively looking ahead and managing Partner calendar/schedules,Proactively and independently identifies, resolves, and manages calendar conflicts,Onboard new Clients and update existing Client entities in IBS internal database,Enter new Partner contacts to internal database, update contact information,Manages Partners' contacts with Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation,Work with GTA and marketing teams for client proposals, RFP, email distribution, client event communications,Manages or supports proposal process in collaboration with marketing resources,Creates, proofreads and distributes various communications on behalf of the Partners,Handles routine communications on behalf of Partners and reports on actions taken,Coordinates and manages the Risk Management workflows/approvals,Supports the Engagement Team with Client engagements and global multi-firm engagements,Coordinates scheduling for internal and external client meetings, leadership meetings, and events,Compiles, transcribes, and distributes minutes of meetings and follows up on action items,Handles domestic and internal travel arrangements and reservations,Completes, reconciles, and ensures timely submission of time and expense reports for the Partner,Assists with onboarding and offboarding activities for new full time and contract staff,Manages space and office/workstation assignments for the group,Acts as a liaison between partners and Delivery Centers on Risk and Billing Management requirements,Initiates and codes invoices,Responsible for oversight, supervision and support of the administrative team, including performance management, training and process implementation
College diploma or an equivalent combination of education/experience in administrative assistant skill set,Minimum 5 years administration experience,Good judgment and analytical skills,Excellent written and communication skills,Ability to work independently
