Professionally interact with clients as directed.,Monitor Partner's email inbox.,Proactively manage Partner's calendar and schedules, maximizing time utilization and independently resolving conflicts.,Onboard new clients and update existing client entities in the internal IBS database.,Enter new Partner contacts into the internal database.,Collaborate with GTA and marketing teams on client proposals, RFPs, email distribution, and client event communications.,Create, proofread, and distribute various communications on behalf of the Partners.
College diploma or an equivalent combination of education/experience in an administrative assistant skill set.,Minimum 5 years of administration experience.,Good judgment and analytical skills.,Excellent written and communication skills.,Ability to work independently.,Advanced skills with MS Office Products, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
