Description

The Change Management Partner, working within the IT team, will be responsible for driving value through the adoption of new technologies, processes, and roles. This involves designing and implementing change management strategies for complex and ambitious projects, ensuring measurable adoption results while enabling rapid, incremental deployment. The ideal candidate can transition quickly from strategic vision development with leadership to operational implementation of a transformational roadmap across various groups.

Implement change management strategies with measurable impact on user adoption and anticipate resistance risks.,Utilize various change methodologies to select the most effective approach for specific stakeholders and initiatives, including complex and multi-phase projects.,Master and deploy a robust and easy-to-implement transformation methodology for large organizations undergoing complex changes.,Evaluate the impact of complex solutions and adapt the adoption approach based on risks.,Define success metrics and measurable outcomes for the human aspect of change.,Support key activities related to stakeholder assessment, change impacts, readiness assessments, communication, training, and sustaining change.,Develop communications tailored to the audience and project, ensuring clarity and high value.,Work cross-functionally across departments and geographies, building a local support network.,Collaborate with and support other change leaders within the organization.,Continuously improve the added value of adoption practices.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Behavior, Change Management, Communication, or a related discipline.,Master's degree or equivalent highly desired.,Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in people and change transformation, organizational development, project management, or a combination thereof.,Experience successfully implementing large-scale changes within international organizations.,Ability to integrate change strategies with any project methodology (e.g., Agile, V-cycle, etc.).,Excellent communication, facilitation, and listening skills, with the ability to interact at all hierarchical levels.,Ability to understand the links between different adoption needs of a complex program.,Experience using metrics and analytics to analyze the human impact of change, to establish a baseline and track progress.,Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.
