The Change Management Partner, working within the IT team, will be responsible for driving value through the adoption of new technologies, processes, and roles. This involves designing and implementing change management strategies for complex and ambitious projects, ensuring measurable adoption results while enabling rapid, incremental deployment. The ideal candidate can transition quickly from strategic vision development with leadership to operational implementation of a transformational roadmap across various groups.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Behavior, Change Management, Communication, or a related discipline.,Master's degree or equivalent highly desired.,Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in people and change transformation, organizational development, project management, or a combination thereof.,Experience successfully implementing large-scale changes within international organizations.,Ability to integrate change strategies with any project methodology (e.g., Agile, V-cycle, etc.).,Excellent communication, facilitation, and listening skills, with the ability to interact at all hierarchical levels.,Ability to understand the links between different adoption needs of a complex program.,Experience using metrics and analytics to analyze the human impact of change, to establish a baseline and track progress.,Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.
