Description

As a Change Management Partner for the IT team, you will contribute to creating value through the adoption of new technologies, processes, and roles. This involves working on complex and ambitious projects, designing and implementing change management strategies that balance measurable adoption results with rapid, incremental deployment. The ideal candidate can quickly transition from developing strategic vision with leadership to operational implementation of a transformational roadmap involving many groups, in collaboration with work teams.

What We're Looking For

Implement change management strategies with measurable impact on user adoption and anticipate resistance risks.,Utilize various change methodologies to select the most effective for specific, even complex and multi-phase, stakeholders and initiatives.,Master and apply a robust, easy-to-deploy transformation methodology enabling a large organization to undertake complex changes.,Evaluate the impact of complex solutions and adapt the adoption approach based on risks.,Define success indicators and measurable outcomes for the human aspect of change.,Support the execution of key activities related to stakeholder assessment, change impacts, readiness assessments, communication, training, and sustaining change.,Ability to develop communications tailored to the audience and project, easy to understand, and with high added value.,Comfortable working cross-functionally across departments and geographies, and building a local support network.,Collaborate and support other change leaders within the organization.,Continuously improve the added value of adoption practices.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Behavior, Change Management, Communication, or a related discipline. Master's degree or equivalent strongly desired.,Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in people and change transformation, organizational development, project management, or a combination thereof.,Experience in successfully implementing large-scale changes within international organizations.,Ability to integrate change strategies with any project methodology (e.g., Agile, V-cycle, etc.).,Excellent communication, facilitation, and listening skills, and ability to interact with all hierarchical levels.,Ability to understand the links between the different adoption needs of a complex program.,Experience using metrics and analytics to analyze the human impact of change, to establish a baseline and track progress.,Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.
