This role involves the safe and efficient operation of production packaging equipment, including automated case forming, packaging, and palletizing machinery. The operator will be responsible for setting up and operating equipment, following standard operating procedures, generating and verifying labels and case codes, performing routine adjustments and change-overs, conducting clean-up operations, and completing production records. The position also requires operating a lift truck, performing environmental controls, handling product reclaim and rework, supporting audits, adhering to safety and food safety guidelines (GMPs), cross-training, maintaining good housekeeping, and complying with dairy food regulations and company ethics. This is a night shift position from 6 PM to 6 AM.

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred),Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated work experience in food manufacturing (dairy food manufacturing experience preferred),Advanced quality/food safety training and/or certifications (a plus, but not required),Working understanding of food manufacturing acronyms (SQF, QA/QC, CQP, QAP, HACCP, SOP, 5S, GMP, etc.),Lift truck certification or ability to obtain one,Successful completion of drug screen and background check,Demonstrated work history,Good attendance
