Description

Lightspeed is seeking a Capital Account Executive to join their Financial Services Team in North America. The role involves managing a portfolio of retail customers, promoting Lightspeed's financial services, and supporting customer growth and operations by offering financial solutions. This individual will focus on business development activities within an assigned territory to increase awareness and adoption of Lightspeed Capital in the SMB segment.

What We're Looking For

Proactively reach out to existing customers to promote financial services offering,Provide exceptionally high levels of service and use effective sales techniques to position and drive awareness of Lightspeed Capital for merchants,Build trusted advisor relationships with customers and identify Financial Service opportunities,Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize growth,Achieve sales targets by providing exceptional advice and service,Coordinate with the Regional leader for Account Management to maximize opportunities within the assigned territory,Employ effective business development & relationship management techniques to assist in meeting or exceeding established sales targets,Provide regular feedback to business leaders (voice of the merchant)

Ideal Candidate

Sales experience, preferably selling a financial service product, with a track record of high performance for several years running,Understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment,Ability to use Salesforce.com and other technologies to manage and organize pipeline,Committed to a culture of positivity and high performance,Enjoy the challenge of exceeding targets,Excellent written and verbal communication,Professional poise and confidence while communicating with executives,Value feedback and thrive on constant improvement and learning,Strong work ethic and a self-driven desire to succeed,Strong interpersonal skills to manage and build solid partnerships both internally and externally
