Description

This role is for an Outbound Capital Account Executive within the GTM Financial Services Team in North America. The primary responsibility is to manage a portfolio of existing retail customers, supporting their growth and operations by offering Lightspeed's financial services, particularly Lightspeed Capital. The executive will focus on business development activities within an assigned territory to drive awareness and adoption of Lightspeed Capital in the SMB segment.

What We're Looking For

Proactively reach out to existing customers to promote financial services offering.,Provide exceptionally high levels of service and use effective sales techniques to position and drive awareness of Lightspeed Capital.,Build trusted advisor relationships with customers and identify Financial Service opportunities.,Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize business growth.,Achieve sales targets by providing advice and service, coordinating with the Regional leader for Account Management.,Employ effective business development & relationship management techniques to meet or exceed sales targets.,Provide regular feedback to business leaders regarding merchant insights.

Ideal Candidate

Sales experience, preferably selling a financial service product, with a track record of high performance for several years running.,Understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment.,Ability to use Salesforce.com and other technologies to manage and organize pipeline.,Committed to a culture of positivity and high performance.,Enjoys the challenge of exceeding targets.,Excellent written and verbal communication.,Professional poise and confidence while communicating with executives.,Values feedback and thrives on constant improvement and learning.,Strong work ethic and a self-driven desire to succeed.,Strong interpersonal skills to manage and build solid partnerships both internally and externally.,Experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry is a definite plus (not necessary).
