Lightspeed is seeking an Outbound Account Executive to join their high-performing North American Retail sales team. This is a full-cycle role focused on generating pipeline, booking meetings, and managing the sales process from initial outreach through to closing deals. The successful candidate will contribute to a disruptive company transforming interactions within the Hospitality, Retail, and Golf industries.
Generate pipeline through phone and email outreach.,Reach out into specific market segments as defined by leadership and continuously optimize touchpoints and cadences.,Lead one-on-one screen-sharing presentations/demos as required.,Manage a sales pipeline with multiple prospects utilizing Salesforce and forecast sales pipeline to leadership.,Ensure monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.,Meet proper Service Level Agreements (SLA), measured by GTV, Business Type, Timeline, and other key differentiators.,Work closely with Sales Development Reps to close cold outbound sourced opportunities.,Collaboratively grow the business within a team environment.,Work with management on pricing negotiations.,Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
Experience with outbound sales, including calling into cold leads and converting conversations into meetings.,Experience forecasting a pipeline and meeting daily/weekly/monthly KPIs.,A track record of top performance in previous roles.,Experience with Salesforce.com.,Experience with SaaS.,Retail sales experience.,Excited to build a career at Lightspeed.
3 days/week in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
