Description

Saputo Inc. is seeking an Operator for their downstream packaging operations. The role involves contributing to the production of high-quality products in an inclusive and growth-driven environment, ensuring product quality and efficient operation of packaging equipment.

What We're Looking For

Operate the packer and peripheral equipment,Produce required documents (labels, loading slips, etc.),Check the condition and quality of products,Complete various reports,Wash equipment and premises,Perform all other related tasks

Ideal Candidate

Hold a high school diploma or equivalent,Possess work experience in a similar position,Ability to operate a forklift (an asset),Be flexible and available regarding work schedule,Be versatile and able to learn quickly,Be proactive and manage priorities well,Have good physical abilities for the job,Demonstrate good communication skills and promote teamwork

Work Hours

Until September 2026: Monday to Friday, rotating 8-hour shifts (Day: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, Evening: 3:00 PM-11:30 PM, Night: 11:00 PM-7:30 AM). From September 2026: Rotating 12-hour day/night 2-2-2 schedul
