Operate various production lines in the packaging department (Multivac and Robots),Participate in production monitoring and contribute to optimizing its efficiency,Actively participate in machine troubleshooting and during breakdowns,Participate in daily and non-daily washdowns,Disassemble, wash, and reassemble equipment according to established procedures and within given time, as well as equipment inspection after washing,Compile various production documents and reports,Ensure a safe environment,Ensure product quality according to HACCP and BRC standards,Perform all other related tasks

High school diploma or its equivalent,Relevant experience (robot, Multivac) in a packaging operator position,Flexibility regarding work schedule and training offered,Intellectual curiosity for learning new technologies,Ease with operator interfaces and good computer skills,Promote a health and safety culture and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety rules,Mechanical and machine troubleshooting skills,Knowledge of the HACCP program (an asset),Good priority management, responsible, and proactive,Good communicator and demonstrate leadership,Analytical and problem-solving skills
