Operate grain supply equipment and automation to ensure continuous product availability.,Work at various packaging stations.,Perform assembly, manufacturing, pressing, and packaging of molds.,Manage supply surpluses during line stoppages or issues, and handle repackaging as per planning demands.,Clean equipment and work areas in the packaging and supply departments.,Ensure the completion of non-daily and monthly washing plans.,Cover breaks within the department.,Be able to stand for approximately 10 hours and lift loads of approximately 20 kg.,Collaborate with employees from other departments.,May be required to work with maintenance, especially on equipment calibration and adjustment.,Perform all other related tasks.

Master the French language.,Possess a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a production operator role in the food industry.,Have training in maintenance (an asset).,Be autonomous, with a good sense of planning and organization.,Have good interpersonal skills, ease of communication, and foster teamwork.,Possess good priority management and be responsible.,Easy understanding of operating procedures.,Ability to operate and maintain work tools.

Must be able to stand for approximately 10 hours and lift loads of approximately 20 kg.
