Saputo Dairy Products Canada is looking for an Operator - Towers at their Plessisville plant. The operator will be responsible for operating cheese towers and related equipment, ensuring product quality, completing reports, maintaining cleanliness, and possibly assisting with equipment maintenance and calibration. This role contributes to making high-quality products within a growth-driven work environment.
What We're Looking For
Operate towers and peripheral equipment according to recipe specifications and production pace.,Process product based on planning reports.,Ensure product quality control.,Complete required reports.,Clean equipment and workspaces.,Perform non-daily and monthly washing plans.,May work with maintenance for calibration and equipment adjustments.,Perform all other related tasks.
Ideal Candidate
Fluent in French.,Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a production operator in the food industry.,Training in maintenance (an asset).,Understand various NEP (CIP) systems and automates (PLCs).,Comfortable with operator interfaces and good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.,Sense of responsibility and autonomy.,Mechanical aptitude and machine troubleshooting skills.,Intellectual curiosity for learning new technologies.,Ability to manage stress well and anticipate work.,Good priority management, sense of responsibility, and initiative.,Work at height certification.
