Operations Supervisor

Description

Intelcom is hiring an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily delivery operations. The role involves leading a team of employees and independent contractors, ensuring timely deliveries, exceptional customer service, managing undelivered packages, and generating daily reports. The supervisor will work in a dynamic, fast-paced warehouse environment, making rapid decisions and contributing to process improvements while upholding health and safety standards.

What We're Looking For

Ensure seamless daily delivery business operations.,Utilize communication and leadership skills with employees and Independent Delivery Contractors.,Ensure on-time deliveries and outstanding customer experience, including managing undelivered packages.,Complete daily reports.,Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly, make quick decisions, and problem-solve.,Participate in the development of procedures and working methods, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).,Promote and follow safe work methods and behaviours.
