Description

The Operations Officer II at TD Bank is responsible for executing customer transactions accurately and on time, adhering to service level agreements, and escalating operational issues as needed. The role involves supporting partners with transactions, validating information, and interacting effectively with various stakeholders. Key responsibilities also include completing assigned workloads, complying with internal and industry regulations, managing confidential information, and actively seeking process improvements. This position requires participation in team activities, building operational knowledge, and contributing to a positive and diverse work environment. The role operates within defined guidelines, handles transactions with low to moderate risk, and involves daily to weekly, and potentially monthly, activities.

What We're Looking For

Execute transactions accurately, on time, and in line with established guidelines/procedures.,Adhere to formal or informal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).,Refer or escalate processing or operational issues.,Identify opportunities to improve service delivery.,Support partners with incoming transactions and validate information.,Interact with partners, colleagues, and customers effectively.,Complete assigned workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity.,Understand internal and industry regulations; remain informed of emerging issues.,Apply appropriate due diligence in adherence to operating policies/procedures.,Exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information, and matters of confidentiality.,Support the timely and accurate completion of business processes.,Actively review internal processes/activities and provide ideas for process improvement.,Investigate and escalate non-standard or high-risk activities.,Adhere to enterprise frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Anti-Money Laundering, Business Continuity Management).,Comply with Bank Code of Conduct.,Participate fully as a member of the team and promote team effectiveness.,Actively build operations knowledge, think critically about processes, and share ideas.,Participate in personal performance management and development activities, including cross-training.,Keep others informed and up-to-date on relevant information.,Contribute to a fair, positive, and equitable environment that supports a diverse workforce.,Act as a brand ambassador for the function and the bank.,Work within generally defined guidelines, accountable for completing a range of transactions/activities.,Possess process knowledge for own area of expertise.,Identify issues and resolve or escalate internally within prescribed parameters.,Interact with internal partners and external customers as needed.,Focus on day-to-day or weekly processes, potentially including monthly routine activities.,Requires working-level knowledge of the business unit and operational functions, as well as regulatory issues/requirements for supported jurisdictions.

Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate degree/college diploma preferred,1+ year relevant experience
