Description

The Operations Associate II at RBC plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of essential documents and forms. Responsibilities include reviewing various materials for proper completion, alignment with system data, and adherence to policies. This role demands strong attention to detail and critical thinking to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency within the Document Processing team. The individual will provide customer service, process requests using specific platforms, and complete daily reports while identifying and resolving discrepancies.

What We're Looking For

Provide second to none customer service to clients via email and phone interactions.,Process requests via Salesforce, Workflow, and AOS Docupace.,Complete daily reports that support Document Processing.,Ensure all tasks, documents, and communications are executed with precision.,Review and validate documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.,Compare submitted materials against system records to ensure consistency.,Identify discrepancies, escalate issues, and support resolution efforts.,Adhere to policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and data security.

Ideal Candidate

4-year degree from an accredited university (or equivalent) OR High school diploma (or equivalent) AND 3 years of job-related experience.,Demonstrated ability to learn new technology.,Critical thinking skills required to support escalated issue resolution and/or oversight requirements.,Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment with a high attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.,Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.,Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management.,Proficient computer skills in Microsoft-based software products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.,Experience within document review (Nice-to-have).,Previous experience in the securities, banking, or finance industry preferred (Nice-to-have).,Ability to integrate Excel and Access databases into daily work (Nice-to-have).,Knowledge on Broadridge is preferred (Nice-to-have).
