The Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing daily trade settlement and reconciliation tasks, including monitoring and investigating complex trade settlement issues for various security types (USD/CAD & International). This role involves collaborating with brokers and custodian banks to resolve settlement problems promptly and performing daily cash and monthly asset reconciliation for mutual funds and institutional accounts. The analyst will also process adjustments in the accounting system, follow up with custodians, adhere to procedural controls, and may assist with ad hoc assignments and projects.
Process trade corrections and work with compliance on error reporting.,Maintain accurate broker and custodian information.,Familiarity with equity, fixed income, and international securities, and post-trade processing (matching, confirmation, settlement, regulatory reporting).,Follow all procedures and controls within the Operations team.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively multi-task.,Ability to work with a positive and professional attitude and high level of accuracy.,Overtime may be required to support business operations and meet deadlines.

May be asked to complete an attribute-based assessment and other skills tests (simulation, coding, French proficiency).
