Intelcom | Dragonfly, a leader in last-mile logistics, is seeking an Operations Analyst to analyze business performance, identify improvements, and optimize operational efficiency. This strategic role involves data analysis, report creation, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and monitoring performance metrics to achieve operational goals. The role supports change management and requires staying updated on industry trends and station environments.
What We're Looking For
Analyze current business performance and identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with the continuous improvement team to develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency.,Conduct data analysis and make recommendations to improve productivity and profitability.,Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.,Monitor performance metrics and track progress towards operational goals.,Identify potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.,Participate in the "War Room" initiative during peak seasons.,Embody the 3 pillars of the "Control tower.",Support the change management required by the innovations that the department implements.,Stay updated with the stations's environment and the various challenges they might face.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in operations analysis.
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,3 to 5 years of relevant experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar analytical role.,Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.,Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., PivotTables, formulas, data analysis).,Experience with data analysis tools and techniques; experience with Power BI is considered an asset.,Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an asset.
