Description

The Operations Analyst II will participate as a team member, foster a positive work environment, and ensure timely communication of issues. The role involves executing complex transactions, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting timely and accurate completion of business processes. The analyst will also review internal processes for improvement and manage their workload to meet service level agreements. This position is within the Personal & Commercial Banking line of business.
