As an Operations Agent within the Wealth Management division, you will provide essential administrative and front-line support to ensure smooth branch operations. Your role involves acting as a key point of contact for clients, coordinating internal logistics, and maintaining rigorous adherence to banking standards and procedures to support a team of investment advisors.

What We're Looking For

Warmly welcome and direct clients within the branch environment,Provide professional customer service via telephone and email,Manage and organize conference room schedules,Coordinate events and conferences with various partners,Handle daily administrative tasks including mail distribution, filing, and ordering supplies,Execute cheque printing and distribution,Ensure strict compliance with risk management and bank policies

Ideal Candidate

Experience in financial services is considered an asset,College diploma in administration is preferred,Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change,Strong organizational and priority management capabilities

Minimum Education

High School Diploma (with experience) or College Diploma
