RBC Dominion Securities is looking for a Transition Assistant to join their team. This role involves providing administrative support and coordinating activities for new advisory teams across Canada as they join the firm.
Process account openings, including documentation and obtaining client signatures,Track all aspects of the account opening process,Complete daily requests and reports,Investigate and resolve inquiries related to accounts,Utilize contact management system for task management
Experience in the securities industry or financial services sector is preferred,Completion of or working towards Industry Certifications (Nice-to-have),Leadership Experience (Nice-to-have)
37.5 hours/week
Willingness to travel to various branches across Canada – occasional travel is required
