Description

Nuvei, a Canadian fintech company, is seeking a .NET developer to join their rapidly growing Acquiring development team. The role involves enhancing the Acquiring system by developing new features and contributing to the team's ongoing success in the evolving payment processing industry.

What We're Looking For

Participate in all aspects of software development, including designing, hands-on coding, implementing, debugging, deployment, and troubleshooting.,Oversee the complete lifecycle of new product features and components from inception to deployment.,Provide mentorship for other team members.,Conduct code reviews.,Be a source of knowledge for the team regarding technical and business aspects.,Assist the team leader, including leading feature development and providing guidance.,Define and enforce coding standards.

Ideal Candidate

B.Sc in Computer Science or Software Engineering.,Solid programming foundations: data structures, multi-threading, OOP, and design patterns.,4+ years of experience with distributed systems, microservices, web APIs, event-driven development, and messaging queues.,4+ years of experience with server-side C# and .NET/.NET-Core.,4+ years of experience with MSSQL, including schema design, writing queries, and stored procedures.,Experience working with NoSQL databases.,Kubernetes Expertise: Proficiency in Kubernetes, including understanding of its core concepts like pods, services, deployments, and stateful sets.,Experience with GIT.,Unit tests: Experience creating unit tests.,A FinTech development background is an advantage.
