National Account Manager

Description

This role at Saputo involves leading key customer relationships, driving commercial success, and managing the full P&L for High Street Discounters within an FMCG environment. The manager will develop and negotiate annual business plans, lead commercial negotiations, and build cross-functional relationships to support business growth and execute category programs and new product development initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in Sales or Account Management within an FMCG environment, ideally with Own Label exposure.

Confident in negotiating Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and managing complex commercial discussions.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and customer-facing.

Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.

Ability to analyse data, extract insights, and translate them into creative, actionable recommendations.

Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset.

Ideal Candidate
