Mozzarella String Cheese Packaging Assembler- 3rd Shift

Perform all assigned packaging duties under the Packaging Supervisor.,Rotate between lines and positions while practicing good ergonomics.,Work cooperatively within a team to achieve team goals.,Read and comprehend production and packaging schedules and verification reports.,Assist with production setup and changeovers.,Visually inspect products for quality defects.,Adhere to all safety rules, work rules, and procedures.,Understand all clean-up and chemical handling procedures.,Operate and maintain foamer equipment.,Comply with all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) and food safety policies.

High School Diploma or equivalent education, experience, or training.,Excellent work ethic and consistent attendance.,Ability to work overtime and holidays.,Comfortable with basic mathematical figures (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).,Physical ability for medium to heavy work, including lifting 25-30 lb tubs of cheese/finished product, frequent stooping, squatting, reaching, and handling.
