This role involves providing customized mortgage solutions and advice to clients, developing strong relationships with both internal and external partners, particularly within the community and real estate sector. The successful candidate will drive sales through exceptional and personalized service, leveraging a motivated and entrepreneurial sales approach.
Cultivate local business opportunities and acquire new customers through community relationship building and centres of influence.
Develop a loyal client base by offering excellent mortgage advice and financial solutions.
Achieve personal sales targets and collaborate with RBC partners to secure external business.
Proactively provide advice and solutions tailored to clients' individual needs.
Maintain mobility to ensure accessibility and cater to clients' preferences.
Minimum 3 years of proven sales success, preferably in financial services or real estate.
A strong community network that generates referrals, new clients, and business growth.
Demonstrated ability to build trust and sustain long-term client relationships.
Capacity to cultivate strong relationships with internal partners.
Self-starter who can work independently and find solutions.
Previous experience as a mortgage lender (Nice-to-have).
Strong understanding of the mortgage origination business and home financing products (Nice-to-have).
Excellent presentation and organizational skills (Nice-to-have).
