Cultivate local business opportunities and acquire new customers through community relationship building and leveraging influence networks.
Develop a loyal client base by delivering exceptional mortgage advice and financial solutions.
Collaborate with RBC partners to secure external business.
Proactively provide clients with advice and solutions that meet their individual needs.
Maintain mobility to be accessible and accommodate clients' preferences.
Minimum 3 years of proven success in a sales-oriented role, ideally in financial services or real estate.
Possession of a strong community network that generates referrals, new clients, and business growth.
Demonstrated ability to build trust and sustain long-term client relationships.
Ability to cultivate strong relationships with internal partners.
Self-starter who works independently and proactively seeks solutions.
Previous experience as a mortgage lender.
Strong knowledge of the mortgage origination business and home financing products.
Excellent presentation and organizational skills.
