Description

As a Mortgage Development Manager, you will assist Personal Banking clients with property purchases by working closely with external real estate partners and internal National Bank partners. Your role involves growing the client base, identifying tailored residential financing strategies, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process. You will also organize business development activities, maintain relationships with real estate brokers, and stay updated on market developments and National Bank products.

What We're Looking For

Provide exceptional customer service by supporting clients in strategy development for purchase transactions, mortgage pre-authorizations, and external refinancings.,Establish and maintain lasting relationships with real estate brokers and/or builders by informing them of products and services.,Organize and participate in business development activities and events.,Communicate and work closely with internal partners to increase customer retention, support branch customers, or refer customers to appropriate partners for cross-selling.,Update knowledge of all National Bank products and market developments to act as an expert.

Ideal Candidate

A Bachelor's degree in a related field and one year of relevant experience or a college diploma and three years' relevant experience,Business development experience,Ability to meet business development targets,Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage various internal and external stakeholders,Knowledge of financial products- an asset
