This role at CIBC focuses on growing and nurturing a referral network from new home builder sites. The objective is to boost CIBC's market share and volume in non-banking channels by providing financial solutions that meet customer needs and foster profitable client relationships.
Establish and manage referral relationships with builder sales teams to identify potential customers for residential mortgage financing.,Conduct interviews, take applications, gather personal and credit information, verify employment, salary, and source of down payment, then submit applications with recommendations for approval.,Actively participate in industry-related associations, promotions, seminars, and trade shows to develop working relationships and enhance professional credibility.,Utilize strong relationship-building and networking skills to create connections, generate opportunities, and achieve business results.,Meet and exceed minimum monthly mortgage sales targets across all business plan parameters.,Actively promote CIBC Life Insurance and mortgage disability insurance products.,Collaborate with internal partners to anchor clients within banking centers.
Strong lending and credit knowledge.,Two years minimum lending and credit experience.
