The Mortgage Advisor Assistant supports CIBC's Personal and Small Business Banking team, specifically Mobile Mortgage Advisors, in a fast-paced, flexible home office environment. The role involves client engagement, administrative support, and assistance with marketing and business development to help clients achieve home ownership. The assistant helps build the Mortgage Advisor's business and contributes to a relationship-oriented bank.
Respond to client inquiries and facilitate the mortgage application process; provide administrative support for the Mortgage Advisor's business; assist with marketing and business development activities to attract new clients; demonstrate experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ideally have experience in residential mortgages.
