This role within CIBC's Personal and Small Business Banking team involves assisting Mortgage Advisors in building their business, primarily focusing on helping clients achieve home ownership. It's a fast-paced and flexible position operating from a home office, with occasional on-site presence required.
Respond to client inquiries and facilitate the mortgage application process (Client Engagement).,Assist the Mortgage Advisor with administrative tasks to support their business (Administrative Support).,Support marketing and business development activities to identify and attract new clients (Business Development Support).,Prioritize clients and actively seek effective solutions.,Possess strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills for informed decision-making.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ideally have experience in residential mortgages.,Be passionate about building relationships and fostering a diverse network.,Demonstrate trust, teamwork, and accountability.,Fluent in French and English to support business operations outside of Quebec, Canada.
