It also includes identifying referral opportunities, providing sound advice, and ensuring excellent customer experience while contributing to sales targets of mortgage products and services. The specialist is expected to maintain expertise in the real estate market and TD mortgage products, adhere to risk management and compliance, and actively participate in team and professional development.

What We're Looking For

Identify client life and financial goals and provide recommendations.,Manage client relationships and portfolios.,Refer clients to other banking partners (Wealth, Retail, Small Business, Commercial).,Conduct ongoing comprehensive financial reviews.,Create a positive customer experience.,Provide sound advice and improve overall customer experience.,Possess comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market, competitive offers, and economic trends.,Proactively obtain expert knowledge of TD mortgage lending products.,Handle customer problems professionally and escalate issues.,Build sales skills and credit knowledge.,Work with District Manager on sales calls and coaching.,Achieve sales and business development objectives, meeting individual monthly sales targets for mortgage products.,Promote TD's image in the business community.,Support compliant reporting and processes.,Understand the market and mortgage lending industry within the portfolio.,Manage confidential information.,Identify and manage risks, escalating high-risk activities.,Monitor service and productivity for process improvements.,Adhere to internal policies/procedures and regulatory guidelines.,Maintain a culture of risk management and control.,Complete all compliance training.,Comply with Bank and Industry Codes of Conduct.
