This is an external, commission-based sales role focused on driving mortgage volume by building and maintaining relationships with external referral sources such as real estate agents, lawyers, and financial planners. The specialist acts as a mobile representative of TD, providing flexible, expert advice to clients outside of a traditional branch environment to grow the bank's market share in the residential mortgage space.
