This role focuses on business development, building and maintaining customer relationships, and growing a customer base through referrals from realtors, builders, and financial planners. The position offers sales training, coaching, and tools for success, with the flexibility to manage your work schedule.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.,Proactively and strategically develop customer base.,Target referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence.,Participate in targeted sales training to build sales skills and credit knowledge.,Work closely with a Sales Manager, including joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions.,Utilize a sales management system designed for the sales channel.
