The Mobile Mortgage Specialist will focus on client relationship management, identifying financial goals, and providing mortgage product recommendations. This role involves proactive business development, achieving sales targets, and promoting TD's image within the community. It also requires adherence to regulatory guidelines and continuous learning to enhance expertise in the mortgage lending industry.

What We're Looking For

Identify client life and financial goals, provide recommendations, and manage client portfolios.,Refer clients to various banking partners (Wealth, Retail, Small Business Banking, Commercial).,Conduct comprehensive reviews of clients’ financial circumstances and build long-term relationships.,Provide sound advice and contribute to improving the customer experience.,Possess comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market, competitive offers, and economic trends.,Obtain expert knowledge of TD mortgage lending products.,Handle customer problems professionally and escalate issues when necessary.,Build sales skills and credit knowledge, partnering effectively within TD.,Work with District Manager on sales calls and coaching.,Achieve sales and business development objectives for mortgage products and services.,Promote TD's image in the business community through participation in groups and events.,Support compliant reporting and process implementation, adhering to guidelines.,Understand the market and mortgage lending industry to provide value-added analysis and mitigate risk.,Manage correspondence and confidential information with discretion.,Protect organizational interests, identify and manage risks, and escalate high-risk activities.,Monitor service, productivity, and implement continuous improvements.,Adhere to internal policies/procedures and regulatory guidelines, staying informed of emerging issues.,Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes.,Complete all compliance training and attestations.,Comply with Bank and Industry Codes of Conduct.,Participate as a team member, promoting service, quality, innovation, and teamwork.,Enhance knowledge/expertise and participate in knowledge transfer.,Stay current on emerging trends and developments in the business.,Actively participate in performance management for personal and professional development.,Contribute to a fair and positive working environment.,Participate in team meetings, surveys, and training sessions.,Assist others, provide training, coaching, and guidance.,Act as a brand ambassador for the business area/function and the bank.

Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate degree or community college diploma preferred,Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing, sales, or relationship-focused role
