Description

The Mobile Mortgage Specialist Assistant (MMSA) supports the Mobile Mortgage Specialist (MMS) sales team at TD Bank by handling credit administration, processing work volumes, customer service, and other administrative tasks. This enables the MMS to concentrate on sales and business development, contributing to the acquisition of new mortgage and home equity line of credit business and increasing market share in Real Estate Secured Lending. This role is considered a specialized entry point within the MMS Channel.

What We're Looking For

Provide day-to-day support to the MMS in all areas of credit administration.,Process assigned work volumes accurately and efficiently.,Support the Specialist and business timeline commitments.,Handle customer service.,Manage administrative tasks.,Maintain strong relationships with internal partner groups and teams, including responding to questions and concerns.,Follow up with customers to gather documentation for credit applications.,Support customer journey through the deal process and respond to mortgage suite details/policy for clarification.

Ideal Candidate

Minimum 1 year working in a client-facing and/or administrative role.,Mortgage/credit lending experience.,Superior computer / technology skills.,Superior proficiency with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.,Highly organized and a self-starter.,Able to work independently and multi-tasking in a fast-paced, competitive market.,Excellent time-management skills, able to meet/exceed timelines and SLA expectations.,High-level accuracy and attention to detail.,Excellent customer service skills.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Knowledgeable of full mortgage suite of products and services.
