The Mobile Mortgage Specialist in the Pacific Region for TD Bank focuses on understanding client financial goals, providing recommendations, and managing client portfolios. This role involves building long-term customer relationships by offering financial planning expertise, ensuring a positive customer experience, and proactively referring clients to other banking partners. Specialists must possess comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market, competitive mortgage offers, economic trends, and TD's mortgage lending products. The role also involves meeting sales targets, promoting TD's image in the community, and adhering to compliance and risk management guidelines.

What We're Looking For

Identify client life and financial goals, provide recommendations, and manage ongoing relationships.,Identify opportunities for client referrals to other TD Bank partners (Wealth, Retail, Small Business Banking, Commercial).,Conduct comprehensive reviews of clients’ financial circumstances and provide financial planning expertise.,Deliver a legendary customer experience and positive 'First Impression'.,Provide sound advice to customers and contribute to improving the overall customer experience.,Possess comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market, competitive mortgage lending industry, and economic trends.,Proactively obtain expert knowledge of TD mortgage lending products.,Handle customer problems professionally and escalate issues when necessary.,Build sales skills and credit knowledge.,Work closely with District Manager on sales calls and coaching sessions.,Contribute to achieving sales and business development objectives by meeting individual monthly sales targets for mortgage products.,Promote TD’s image within the business community through participation in community groups and networking events.,Support compliant reporting and processes, adhering to internal and external guidelines.,Understand the market and mortgage lending industry within the portfolio.,Manage correspondence and confidential information discreetly.,Identify and manage risks, escalating high-risk activities.,Monitor service, productivity, and efficiency, implementing improvements.,Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.,Maintain a culture of risk management and control.,Complete all compliance training and attestations.,Comply with Bank and Industry Codes of Conduct.,Participate in team activities, promote service, quality, innovation, and teamwork.,Enhance knowledge/expertise in own area and participate in knowledge transfer.,Keep current on emerging trends/developments.,Actively participate in the performance management process.,Contribute to a fair and positive working environment.,Participate in team meetings, surveys, and training.,Assist others and provide training, coaching, or guidance.,Act as a brand ambassador for the business area/function and the bank.

Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate degree or community college diploma preferred.,Minimum 3 years of experience working directly in a client facing, sales or relationship focused role.
