This role within the Personal and Business Banking team focuses on helping clients achieve home ownership by utilizing banking and mortgage expertise. The Mobile Mortgage Advisor offers flexibility to meet clients, provides expert mortgage advice, and delivers product solutions for securing their future. The position supports both remote and occasional on-site work arrangements.
Client Engagement: Prioritize the client experience, engage purposefully to find solutions, be flexible with client schedules, and collaborate with Banking Centre teams to offer personalized mortgage advice and comprehensive financial planning support.,Business Development: Understand the local market and potential client base, create a sales plan to convert leads into new CIBC clients, and use strong relationship-building and networking skills to generate opportunities and achieve results.,Community Involvement: Expand networks and build lasting connections with internal businesses and external realtors to generate client referrals and opportunities.,Personal Attributes: Maintain a client-first approach, be goal-oriented, take ownership and deliver results, possess a passion for people, build trust through respect and authenticity, and align with CIBC's core values of trust, teamwork, and accountability.
