Description

This role involves building client relationships as a Mobile Mortgage Advisor within CIBC's Personal and Business Banking team. The advisor will leverage their banking and mortgage expertise to help clients achieve homeownership dreams, offering expert advice and product solutions with the flexibility to meet clients at their convenience. Key responsibilities include focusing on client engagement, developing new business through local market understanding and sales plans, and fostering community involvement to expand networks and generate referrals.

What We're Looking For

Leverage banking and mortgage experience to assist clients with home ownership.

Meet with clients flexibly (where and when convenient for them).

Focus on client experience, connecting personally to make interactions meaningful.

Work with Banking Centre teams to build relationships and provide personalized mortgage advice and financial planning support.

Understand local market and potential client base.

Create a sales plan to convert leads into new CIBC clients.

Utilize strong relationship building and networking skills.

Grow network and create connections with internal businesses and external realtors for referrals.
