Description

This role involves helping clients achieve homeownership dreams by leveraging banking and mortgage experience. The advisor will provide expert mortgage advice and solutions, meet clients at their convenience, and build relationships within the community and with banking center teams. Key aspects include client engagement, business development through a local sales plan, and community involvement to generate referrals. The position offers flexibility for remote work with occasional on-site requirements.

What We're Looking For

Work with Banking Centre teams to build relationships and provide personalized mortgage advice and comprehensive financial planning support.

Understand the local market and potential client base and create a sales plan that converts leads into new CIBC clients.

Use strong relationship building and networking skills to build connections, generate opportunities, and deliver bottom line results.

Grow network and create lasting connections with other internal businesses and external realtors who will refer potential clients and opportunities.
