Description

This role within CIBC's Personal and Small Business Banking team involves leveraging banking and mortgage experience to assist clients in achieving home ownership. As a Mobile Mortgage Advisor, you will have the flexibility to meet clients at their convenience, offering expert mortgage advice and solutions. The position focuses on client engagement, business development through understanding the local market, and community involvement to build networks and generate referrals.

What We're Looking For

Leverage banking and mortgage experience to help clients achieve home ownership,

Meet with clients where and when it's convenient for them,

Provide expert mortgage advice and product solutions,

Collaborate with Banking Centre teams for personalized mortgage advice and financial planning,

Deeply understand the local market and potential client base,

Create a sales plan to convert leads into new CIBC clients,

Build relationships and network to generate opportunities,

Grow network with internal businesses and external realtors for referrals
