Join CIBC’s Personal and Small Business Banking team to help clients achieve home ownership goals. This role involves leveraging banking and mortgage expertise, providing flexible meeting options for clients, and offering expert mortgage advice and product solutions to help them secure their futures. The position allows for remote work with occasional on-site presence.
Focus on client experience and make every interaction meaningful. Support clients' lifestyles by meeting them on their schedule. Collaborate with Banking Centre teams for personalized mortgage advice and financial planning. Develop a sales plan based on local market understanding to convert leads into new CIBC clients. Build strong relationships and networks to generate opportunities. Grow your network with internal businesses and external realtors for referrals. Must be client-focused, driven to succeed, empowered to take lead, passionate about people, and embody CIBC's values of trust, teamwork, and accountability.
Leverage banking and mortgage experience. Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
