This role is for a Mobile Mortgage Advisor within the Personal and Business Banking team at CIBC. The advisor will leverage their banking and mortgage experience to help clients achieve their homeownership dreams by providing expert mortgage advice and solutions. The position offers flexibility to meet clients at their convenience, with the work primarily being remote and requiring only occasional on-site presence.
Client Engagement: Focus on the client experience, connect personally with clients, and have the flexibility to support their lifestyles by meeting on their schedule. Work with Banking Centre teams to provide personalized mortgage advice and comprehensive financial planning support.,Business Development: Understand the local market and potential client base to create a sales plan that converts leads into new CIBC clients. Utilize strong relationship-building and networking skills to generate opportunities and deliver results.,Community Involvement: Grow your network and foster lasting connections with internal businesses and external realtors who can refer potential clients and opportunities.
